What's inside
Everything a modern machine should do, built in
Pick the capabilities your site needs. Most come standard; a few are options we configure per machine.
Cashless by default
People pay the way they already do: scan a UPI QR with any UPI app, tap or insert a card, or use a wallet. Cash and coin acceptors can be fitted on selected models where a site still needs them.

Cloud dashboard
A web console designed to show every machine you run: sales, stock levels, machine health and alerts, from a laptop or phone.
Telemetry & stock alerts
Machines report sales and slot levels as they happen, so refills are planned before a shelf runs empty.
- Model dependent
Temperature monitoring
Chilled and frozen machines log cabinet temperature and raise an alert when it drifts out of range.
Touchscreen ordering
A bright touchscreen with category buttons, product details and a clear "select" flow. It can show your branding too.

- Model dependent
Remote pricing & planogram
Change prices, swap products between slots and update the on-screen menu from the dashboard, without a site visit.
- Optional
Combo offers
Bundle a snack with a drink, run time-of-day offers or promote new stock on the screen.
- Optional
Employee ID & access control
For PPE and workplace-supply machines: staff identify with an ID card or code, items are issued against limits you set, and every issue is logged by person and shift.
- Model dependent
Reports & GST invoices
Downloadable sales, stock and refill reports, with GST-ready invoices for businesses where the payment setup supports it.

Stock by slot
See what is selling and what needs a refill before the visit.
Alerts that matter
Low stock, offline machines and temperature drift, flagged as they happen.
Change it remotely
Prices, planogram and on-screen offers, updated from the console.

How it works
Four steps from wanting it to holding it
No cash, no change, no queue at a counter. This is what a purchase looks like for the people using your machine.
Step 1: Choose
Browse by category on the touchscreen and tap the item, or several items on multi-vend models.
Step 2: Pay via UPI
A QR code appears for the exact amount. Scan it with any UPI app, or tap a card instead.
Step 3: Dispense
Payment is confirmed and the machine releases the item into the lit delivery bay.
Step 4: Receipt
The payment confirmation lands in the buyer’s UPI app; digital receipts can be enabled on the screen.
From enquiry to a live machine
For hosts and businesses, we handle the hardware side so your team does not have to.
Book a site surveyStep 1: Site survey
We look at footfall, space, power and connectivity.
Step 2: Configure
Pick the machine, payment options and the first planogram.
Step 3: Install & go live
Delivery, set-up, a test run and dashboard access.
Step 4: Stock & monitor
Refills are planned from live stock data and alerts.
Step 5: Service
Faults show up on the dashboard, so support can respond sooner.
Hardware
Anatomy of a smart machine
Every part is there for a reason: visibility, speed at the screen, payment that just works, and data you can act on.
LED-lit glass front
A glass front framed by an LED edge, so every product is visible and the machine is easy to spot.
Touchscreen
Category buttons, product details and the green select button that starts every order.
Payment terminal
UPI QR, card tap/insert and wallet support in one reader. Cash units are optional.
Delivery bay
A lit pick-up bay at a comfortable height, with a flap that keeps the cabinet closed.
Cooling unit
Housed at the base on chilled and frozen models, with temperature sensors feeding the dashboard.
Telemetry module
Connects over Wi-Fi, Ethernet or a SIM where available, to send sales, stock and health data.
Security & compliance
Careful with payments, careful with data
Smart machines handle money and, sometimes, personal details. Here is how we approach both.
Payment providers, data storage locations and any certifications are confirmed in your agreement. Ask us for the current documentation.
Designed with the DPDP Act in mind
Our data handling is designed with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025 in mind: collect only what a sale or service needs, say why, and act on correction or deletion requests.
Payments through authorised providers
UPI and card payments are designed to run through RBI-authorised payment providers, so payment details are handled on their systems rather than stored on the machine.
Minimal data for access control
Employee-ID machines need only an identifier and an allowance. We agree with you what is stored, where, and for how long.
Secured machine-to-cloud link
Machine-to-dashboard links are planned to use encrypted connections, and dashboard access is limited to the people you name.
Responsible product range
Food should be stocked in sealed, FSSAI-compliant packaging; who stocks the machine and holds the licence depends on your model and is confirmed in your agreement. Healthcare machines carry permitted OTC essentials only; prescription medicines (Schedule H, H1, X) are never stocked. SIM sales need Aadhaar-based KYC, so they are not offered from unattended machines.
Electrical safety certification
The safety certification that applies to each model (such as BIS, where required) is confirmed in your written quote; ask us for the documents.
FAQ
Technology questions
The short answers. Details are confirmed per machine and site.
Which payment methods can the machines accept?
UPI QR codes work with any UPI app. Card tap/insert and wallets are supported through the payment terminal. Cash, coins and employee-ID payment can be added on selected models. We confirm the exact mix for each machine.
Do the machines need an internet connection?
Cashless payments and live telemetry need connectivity: Wi-Fi, Ethernet or a SIM-based connection where available. We check connectivity during the site survey and plan for weak-signal locations.
Can I see sales and stock without visiting the machine?
Yes. The cloud dashboard shows sales, stock by slot, machine health and alerts. What exactly you see depends on the machine model and software we configure for you.
Can prices and products be changed remotely?
On supported models, prices, slot assignments (the planogram) and on-screen offers can be updated from the dashboard.
How is customer data handled?
A normal UPI or card purchase does not require Vending Machines India to collect the buyer’s name or phone number. Where a feature needs personal data, such as employee-ID access, we keep it to the minimum and agree its handling with you.
Can we get GST invoices for purchases?
GST-ready invoices and periodic reports are available for business accounts where the payment setup supports it. Ask us about your billing needs.
