Why it fits

From everyday friction to self-serve

Students keep odd hours. Machines in libraries, hostels and corridors serve healthier food, drinks, stationery and essentials long after the canteen closes, paid with UPI in a few taps. Paying with a student ID card can be scoped during the site survey.

Questions

Vending for campuses: common questions

Can the menu be limited to healthier choices?

Yes. The planogram (what goes in which slot) is chosen with you, so an institution can keep to its own food policy.

Can students pay with UPI or their ID card?

Smart machines we offer support cashless payment such as UPI QR. Paying with a student ID card (closed-loop payment) is not standard everywhere: it is scoped during the site survey against your campus system and confirmed in your quote.

What do we need to provide for a machine?

Usually floor space, a regular power point and, for connected machines, mobile network coverage. Some machines also need water. We confirm the needs during the site survey.

Who restocks and services the machine?

That depends on the engagement model you pick: you can run it yourself, or we operate it for you. Service response times are agreed in your service plan and written into your quote.

How do we get started?

Send an enquiry with your location and a rough idea of footfall. We reply with machine options and the model that fits, then arrange a site survey.
