Questions

Vending for residential: common questions

Does the society need to buy the machine?

Not necessarily. Depending on the engagement model, the society can buy, rent or simply provide space while an operator runs it. All models are subject to confirmation.

How is fresh milk kept safe?

Milk machines keep stock chilled and are cleaned on a set routine. The refill and cleaning schedule is agreed before installation.

What do we need to provide for a machine?

Usually floor space, a regular power point and, for connected machines, mobile network coverage. Some machines also need water. We confirm the needs during the site survey.

Who restocks and services the machine?

That depends on the engagement model you pick: you can run it yourself, or we operate it for you. Service response times are agreed in your service plan and written into your quote.

How do we get started?

Send an enquiry with your location and a rough idea of footfall. We reply with machine options and the model that fits, then arrange a site survey.
