Vending for offices & corporate campuses: PoweringProductiveWorkdays

Productive breaks without leaving the floor: coffee, snacks and essentials a few steps from the desk.

Why it fits

From everyday friction to self-serve

Short breaks should not turn into long trips. A smart machine near the work floor serves hot beverages, snacks, healthier options and daily essentials with UPI or card payment, so people refuel and get back to work, while stock levels are watched remotely so the shelves stay full.

Questions

Vending for offices: common questions

Can we offer free or subsidised items to employees?

Many smart machines can support company-paid or partly paid vends alongside UPI and cards. Tell us how you would like it to work and we will confirm what your chosen machine supports.

How many machines does an office need?

It depends on headcount per floor, shift patterns and what people buy. We suggest a mix after a short site survey rather than a fixed number.

What do we need to provide for a machine?

Usually floor space, a regular power point and, for connected machines, mobile network coverage. Some machines also need water. We confirm the needs during the site survey.

Who restocks and services the machine?

That depends on the engagement model you pick: you can run it yourself, or we operate it for you. Service response times are agreed in your service plan and written into your quote.

How do we get started?

Send an enquiry with your location and a rough idea of footfall. We reply with machine options and the model that fits, then arrange a site survey.
