Regulated products
Food, OTC and other regulated items are stocked only where permitted and in line with applicable rules, such as FSSAI requirements for packaged food. Only permitted OTC essentials are offered; prescription medicines (Schedule H, H1 and X) are never stocked, and venue licensing is confirmed per site. SIM cards are not sold from unattended machines, because SIM sales require Aadhaar-based KYC through a registered telecom distributor.
Machine safety certification
The safety certification that applies to each model (such as BIS, where required) is confirmed in your written quote; ask us for the documents.
